The proper cylinder pairing for twinscroll does add a considerable amount of piping. I've had both a Full-Race "ram horn" single scroll manifold and their twinscroll manifold as well. The TS manifold had a TON of piping, so much that it's non-trival to route the turbo lines. I think your manifold design could be modified to pair the cylinders correctly, but it would significantly increase the size of the manifold. It'll also require some not so pretty bends as well. Being bottom mount makes the lines easier.

Pics of how the intake pipe works? Keeping PS and AC?

Yes I will be keeping PS as for the AC I have never had AC in the car so I dont know if the set up will clear everything for AC. Ill have pics up tomm of the intake im not 100% sure how I want to run the intake yet. Im sure that we could have paired the runners but as u were saying the extra piping in return longer runner effect the spool time. I dont think that the runners would be as equal length as they r now if we did pair the runners as well. idk its done now so we wont know till I fab up a different style evo SR manifold. The project is coming closer to being finished.enjoy

Here is my sweet ass relocation bracket

Here is the kit

Here it is all bolted up. It looks clean and lots of room.

Well if you're going to experiment with different manifolds, then that's definitely cool. The equal-length part of the design is really for scavenging, which has been screwed up by the pairings. All that means is you won't get a big VE bump somewhere later in the RPM range. It would be cool to see this run against an unequal-length properly paired manifold to see what the differences are. Did you jig the 2 flanges so you can make another manifold and not have to change the downpipe? I guess you could always jig it after the fact.
