who did your paint work? im looking to have the car re-painted this year.

 

Sigh...woke up this morning did the usual get ready for work shuffel...walked outside to start the car and....

Keyed the ignition, all the lights came on radio too...i'd just had the car out last night and parked it without any issues...but now nothing. It just turns over and over. Didnt have time to do anything but check the fuel pump fuse to make sure that was ok. Oh well, after 17 years I didnt like to get up early in the morning either...lol.

I'll check on this later today and give you a report.

Also...i'll have some pix of the FLCA that i will be installing soon too, with new balljoints and bushings.(thanks reecer34 and zenkijavier)

Dude...thats awesome!! The original one just doesnt do the new paint justice (its finish is cracked and peeling). Let me know the next time you get to the QSL meet on thursdays...or we can meet up some where. Once i get the dang car running again.

 

Royce is one cool dude, the paint looks really damn good in person. Definitely getting mine done from that place as well. Good luck with your build buddy.

And now it needs a fuel pump...thank goodness i got a spare, but not exactly what i wanted to do today. Thanks for the props tho fellas!!

A loose connection on the power side of the fuel pump, yup. Repaired the connector and all is well again. Vibration is the enemy!!

Just finished installing the new ball joints into the FLCA's I got recently. Rented a press from Advanced. It was a slick install. Just one question tho, for you all. Where did you guys pick up your control arm bushings from. I'd like to get some urethane ones. Any suggestions? would rather do something local. Thanks...
