Picked this up June '09 from Mike after he put new 4 new balljoints and a new slave cylinder in it. Thanks to Mike for the 240sx harness/ecu, complete intake with injectors, and getting me the hook up on the motor.
Day 1
After Pathfinder wheels, 2" blocks, pulled middle leaf and torsioned frontend.
Took some pics, best one of the day I think
Decided to try to fix a dent, found a massive amount of bondo
Started patching up the floorpan
Found a fair condition factory rollpan to replace mine that had a huge rust hole in it and eliminated the huge steel bumper
Now the fun part, frontier ka
Pulled the head and nastyness was there
Also picked up some 16x7's +20 Thanks Ken
Fast forward to now...
Truck is on 2" blocks with flipped middle leaf after trying a wide variety of rear suspension set-ups, needs some pinion shims. Front end is still just torsioned with removed bumpstops.
Picked up a clean 240 head
and a set of 248/248 cams
I'm hoping to have it in mid Oct.

Motor is out...
Turns out the clutch has been replaced. =)
Intake is back together with all new gaskets and the cylinder head is on the new motor. Should have it together tomorrow night with the engine mounts made.

So the driver side mount is done. I've figured out the pass. side and just need to weld it up. Motor looks pretty damn cool being in there. It is weird with it having such a lean, but if you look at the tranny mount it seems as if it isn't leaning as much as it should be.
I really wish I had some more time, these damn mounts are ugly as hell, but they should function
Still need some oil squirters if anyone has some laying around, I need two short ones, left and right.

Well, made some progress today...
Mounts are done.
Wiring is done, minus a switched power to a couple relays.
For tomorrow:
Timing chain and front cover on.
Intake/exhaust manifolds on.
Hardbody fuel tank in.
Radiator back in.
Start it up?
