S14.5 drift car yay fail ya whatever
So we had this S14 tucked in the back corner of the shop so decided to build it into a drift car, car was originally bought to be built into a drift car for Verena Mei (star girl or whatever), then right when the build was about to start she switched sponsors and ya car has been sitting tucked away for years now. It's a 97 kouki, incredibly clean car honestly, looks rough because the primer spots from where little dings were repaired but it's super clean, interior is flawless, cleanest S14 interior I've ever seen, uncracked dash and all, but of course that will all be coming out. Kouki front on the car is long gone so we have a S15 front laying around we are going to be putting on it, BNIB oem black housing headlights, ventless fenders, and OE style carbon hood. Still unsure on aero and wheel choice right now. For now car is going KAT then when that blows we'll probably throw something else in. Cage, suspension, lots of sweet fab work coming soon.

ya would take more just been swamped at the shop, only love the car has seen since i posted this is pulling it in and out of the shop everyday, we just got a mandrel bender at the shop so maybe make some sweet exhaust and stuff for it soon

for real i bet if you could find a super clean low mileage sohc s13 and just store/maintain it for 20 or 30 yrs that shit will be worth some coin at Barret Jackson.

It is already starting to happen.
A few years ago, the average price for a clean s13 was 1-1.5 grand.
Now, that same car, just as clean, is 5 grand.

I haven't seen any stock S13 sell for 5 grand. Actually, the most I've seen a bone stock one sell for recently was my first hatch that I sold for $3000. And I bought my stock coupe for $900. I don't think prices are really going up.
But back on topic, I really want to see how this car goes. Should turn out pretty cool.
