Just Picked Up a SER Spec V
Just Picked Up a SER Spec V
Whats up everyone I just recently bought a 2002 Nissan Sentra SpecV. Me and my family buys junk cars to fix them and sell them, but when I saw the Sentra I decided that I was going to keep it and get rid of my Celica GTS. The car is spotless inside and out, but the engine is completely gone. I bought it for $1450, and I am in the process now of looking for a new engine. Im debating between just replacing the block and doing an engine rebuild. Or forking up thge extra money and building the engine to handle boost while its already out of the car. Any suggestions and tips would be awesome. I have no idea where to even start looking for parts, Ive owned 15 or so cars and this is only the second Nissan (the other was a SR20DET 240sx). Heres some pictures of the car
Heres some pics I snapped real quick. I didnt get a chance to edit them or anything

Ehh. I like the Sentra. Plus Im thinking resell. By the time Im done Ill have $4000 in it all together and I can mess around with it for awhile. And it would be the only one in town pretty much. Everyone and there Mom has a 240sx, Supra, Integra, Civic, 300zx.
Rebuild QR25de, add .50 trim turbo, done.
Thats because no one wants to drive a Sentra.
Civic and Integra should not be grouped with Nissan and Supras btw..
I also second the advice of selling it and buying something else for a toy.
