Did you do anything special to paint that crash bar underneath the dash? I need to repaint mine, I just want to get rid of the rus and hopefully prevent it from coming back

i hit it with a wire brush,and i shoot some self etching primer,paint and clear

yeah the RHD is getting some love!!! finally some paint..
3 coats of just paint so far..
no more body lines...

Should've kept that body line senior. Gives the car more character.

Agreed. IMO, shaving body lines is for Honda's and show cars... I thought by law you had to have a 3rd or high mount brake light? Hope that doesn't cause any issues when the car is on the road. Keep on keeping on...

i like it..looks clean something different and i promise someone i was not going to build my car like his old one..
with the 3rd brake light my orange have it done also..np so far
those pictures is to show how the paint job with the paint roller works..
those are only 3 coats of paint no clear..
total amount invested so far $43.97
i decide for 4 coats of clear
i got one fender done with a fine cut
final cut

^^^ you painted that fender with a roller and cleared it with a roller and then it came out looking like that last pictures after just a wet sand and buff??? that's impressive I never thought it would smooth out so nicely
