^ Bottom mount or top mount? I have a version 2 ISIS manifold ( reinforced with braces), its their t2 manifold flipped and with a t3/t4 flange. Since I have it I am going to use it to see how long it lasts ( its bound to crack one day) and see what it puts down on the dyno compared to the DOC race.

Anyways, here is the ISIS I have laying around that I got in a trade. Might re-weld some spots just because.

More parts have started to arrive....

-12AN oil return setup

Ended up selling my freshly rebuilt HX35

And picking up this......

Holset HX40. This is the 7 blade billet wheel HX40 (A.K.A Super 40) this is also freshly rebuilt. Plenty of room to grow with this turbo. Plenty of people have seen big HP with this turbo.

Yes it is.

Before any of you jump the KA hating bandwagon let me explain myself....

1. I am a die hard KA guy, could give a shit less about what you guys like.
2. It's a $300 motor at max
3. I have already started ordering parts for my built bottom end
4. I want to try an take the number 1 spot for highest HP on stock KA..... which is why I am going to kill this motor.

Highest currently is 575hp on e85 which surpassed Jeff Taylor and Corys 53x hp on pump gas.

New stock KA-T 1/4 mile record 10.59 @25psi - ABEL Racing - YouTube

When mine blows up, notice I say WHEN because we all know it will happen. I hope I came close or took the number one spot!

Some recent things:
Got my new housing. Very happy with it. If anyone is looking for a housing, hit up timsturbo's, cool guy with great pricing.

Old: 17cm^2
New: .63ar

Converted my auto shifter trim to manual:

Valve cover:

New to me wheels:

Turbo:

Holset Hx40 billet wheel AKA super 40 (69lb min compressor)
.63 a/r T3 after market housing
-12 return setup

Manifold love:

Cleaned up the manifold. Deleted IACV,PCV,EGR, braces. Also got all new gaskets for it. So much easier to work on the motor with all that gone.

No more PCV

No more IACV

I'd be the last person on here to hate on a KA. I ran a precision 5862 on my stock motor for 2 years. It was fast as fuck.
