yes you have to use an sr20de fwd tranny since the awd components do not fit into the us spec sentras. (without lots of custom work) bluebird or gti-r motor + fwd sr20de tranny + spec 3 clutch = the goods. talk to boostin97se-r, he has beefed up his tranny to take the abuse from his turbo sr20de [same situation though].

slap a turbo on your de.. quick and easy. if you want to see how a de performs with a t25 ill be more than happy to take you for a quick ride. hit me up on aim sometime. sr20ser1997.

the stock de will hold ~20psi and just over 400+whp on stock internals. it is plenty strong. As far as the ecu goes jwt seems to be the more common approach. Or you could always go with a stand alone. I am running a jwt ecu with a s-afc II piggy backed for fine tuning (waiting for tuning as of now).

seeing how your t25 does on a 2.0L sr20de, im wondering what it would do for a ka motor. id hate to bother with coolant lines for the turbo (already gotta plumb for oil ones), but im thinking perhaps a t28 would be more suited for the extra .4L of displacement but seeing they are rated similar in stock power, it would be a quick spooling car with some meaty torque. oh if only s15 turbos werent so expensive.
