I just removed all the emissions components from a S13. And I was wondering if there is any negative effects of not running the EVAP canister? Will it have any effect when the car goes turbo down the line?

nope

 

The only effect is that your gas tank pressurizes (since there's no vaccum to trigger the valve), so you get stinky gas vapor on your hand when you open the gas cap. That's about it.

 

if you plug the line from the tank, yes. i left mine open and directed it down towards the back of the vehicle, at first i had a little extra fuel smell but not anymore.
