I have a title thats signed to me I was just wondering how I sign the title over to a 3rd person.

im in the same dilema , i thnk you have to go to the dmv then transfer it to your name then sign it over

u have to go to the mv. register the title in ur name. then they will send u ur title. then u sign it in whoevers name
