zilvia.net has lots of them for sale, many of them registered in canada, some say they will drive it over the border and once its in the US, it is your responsibility to register. i hear you can pull the powertrain then register it as a "kitcar", then reinstall the powertrain. im not 100% on this, but this is what i've understood. you can always buy a cheap s13 shell and borrow the vin number? i know its not the right/legal way, but ive seen it done

R33 skyRine is a no no... unless it's already here. Even if it is already here you have to be careful, unless it was imported by a RI (Registered Importer) it is what they call a gray market car IE: illegal (can be seized by the feds) Personally I would just wait till 2009 and drive over an 1989 r32 from Canada aye.
