Freshalloy.com is a GREAT forum to be on. One of the main reasons that comes to mind here is that it has members from Japan and Austrialia and others from all over the world who have real JDM silvias and they can tell you anything from having it first hand. Plus if you think up a question or ever wondered about something just try the search engine and look in 240SX S13S14S15) forum. Its info is worth its weight in gold. Tons of SR20DET info etc. Ive learned so much from just reading post and im not even a member. In fact there has been many times while finding out new things and great sites I open up microsoft word and take all kinds of tech notes and info on good parts etc. It will save you TONS of money learning from other peoples experiences/mistakes... Do I sound like somebodys dad here?? Anyway its very true.
But of course its nice to have a smaller forum filled with local people you can actually meet up with and call home. aka Tamparacing.com

Jay You bosted about how many RWD swaps you have done.
If so how come you called Martin on my cell phone to ask him if you needed to jack up the car to install the engine ?
that was about 2 weeks ago. that in itself sounds to me like a questions from a person that has never installed the rwd .
I say this because you have that little boy with the sentra gti-r talking so much shit about me. if you were so great Todd with the N/A 200sx wouldnt have waxed your turbo gti-r TWICE. but no hard feelings I hope.
Now about the BIG intercooler thing. Greddy makes 2 FMIC for the s13/s14. Vspec and type r. the vspec is for 14psi down and has verry little pressure drop it was designed for srs with small turbos . the type r is for 14psi + for srs with the big turbos.
both are the same size on the outside.

***I keep hearing about this red 200SX that kicked Jays ass. I really have no idea what this about. I never raced anyone with my turbo 200SX. I always took it easy b/c the open wastegate was so loud and I would not be able to hear detonation if it was happening. Maybe he raced someone else and the story got changed around a few times as it passed along from one person to another. All I know is that I never took it to the track and I never street raced on a Saturday night. So I guess it was not me. Were you there and I just dont remember? If so help me remember. Now I did do a little stop light race against Todd on Dale Mabry while we were on our way to my house and I smoked his ass pretty bad. He would not doubt that at all.

***Yeah. Quite frankly I was not happy with PEPs work on my exhaust and intercooler piping. So I sold it all an I bought an F-MAX intecooler and piping kit. I will be fabbing the downpipe and exhaust myself. I was truly unhappy with PEPs fat ugly welds.
Also I have been very busy in the last year fixing and upgrading other peoples cars. So I have not made much time for my own car. After the 240SX is done I still have 3 more Nissan/Honda swaps to do before I can concentrate on my car.
I am sure that when my car is done you will still beat me Ralph. I am not trying to make my car super fast like yours. I just want to have a nice clean car that is pretty quick with only around 400whp nothing too extreme though.
Do me a favor and let me know what I ever did to you Ralph. I dont remember anything specific but if you can please let me know.

Jay I dont have a problem with you nor your work. I also hate PEP and the owner. when you read someone post something about your work and its work you should correct it leaving it as is I think is just as bad as saying it. like sabri writing about all the rwd swaps you have done and how much better you are at it than others. If someone were to ask me to do a FWD I woudnt. I would refer them to you because of exper. Sabri seems to have a problem with me. And I really wish to see him and take care of it. I know trash talk comes with the sport just like street basket ball. but after everyone leaves the court all that stays there. my problem is these lil kids taking it to the heart and trying to hurt my business rep.
