i dont have it anymore and forget where i got it from. sry man. it wasnt gonna work tho. the pic was smaller than mine so i had to stretch the hood to make it fit and it distorted it too much. didnt even look like paint. ur welcome to try tho.

go to effects, then artistic effects, then half tone, then play with it till u get the dots the angle you want it.. they also have squares and different shaped to play with good luck n have fun lol...

i got paint shop pro 8 and 9 lol but i use 8 for stuff like this...9 is more complicated and is for pictures with alot of detail in my opinion lol but yea...
