Wassup guys I am going to be doing a website next month. I do all my own graphics but i don't know how to create the site. Anyone know where or how to create one?

I doo all my shit in Adobe Photo Shop 7.0 Then slice all the images and save as images an html then load the index.html up in dreamweaver an edit everything such as setting the images too background images soo they can be typed on in such if u need any help ill help ya out
