I got mine through wal-mart(nice return policy:lol) it came out to be right at 1000 with a case, memory card, and a few other goodies.

Yes Sir! They have Nikon too! i would have bought the D80 but it was out of stock and I was in the mood to buy, and the Canon supposedly is nicer anyways. But we wont get into that! i cant even work the damn thing!
