Sorry, still didn't like your cloning. I decided to take a crack at it, hope you don't mind:

I know the window is a little off, but I've run out of time. Basically I used the pattern tool to make a seamless pattern out of the red stucco and made a whole layer that comprises just of that pattern. I put your original layer on top of it and erased the sections that needed it (basically everything above the windows and to the left of the windows). After I did that it looked empty over there, so I used the vanishing point tool to clone in another window with the right perspective. Unfortunately I didn't have time to get the perspective exactly right so the window seems a bit off (wrong size).
