I'm trying to become more interested in "staged" or "produced" automotive images, but I havent had my fill of capturing motorsport images. I take a lot of inspiration from John Thawley's motorsport images. He is also one of the few pros that I talk to a regular basis and seems to take an interest in helping other photographers - pretty rare!!
Regardless, Le Mans is probably my favorite category to photograph.
The photo you posted reminds me of a shot I took a while back:
I <3 the Audi race cars. Ridiculous on every level.
