Default Product Photography

I bought another Pelican case on Friday, so I thought I'd take a few minutes to practice some product photography. They're a bit repetetive, I was only planning on posting the best one but couldn't decide which one was the best.

Pelican/LowePro 1400 on top of Pelican 1450.

Pelican 1450 containing D200, 50/1.8, 18-55, 55-200, 10-20 and SB-600.

Pelican 1450 showing a bit of wear. I bought it used, maybe people will think I'm harcore because it's a bit scratched and scuffed.

Feel free to lmk which one you like best and why. These were shot using available light from a window, hopefully this week I'll find time to light these with strobes.

What kind of backdrop do you use? I do product photography almost daily and am looking for ideas for a booth for larger items.

Nice job I think they are lit well with the natural lighting.

Number 2 is my favorite.

Cool shots, I like #1. #2 seems like the equipment is too dark?

Where do you buy these used? Ebay/craigslist?

Those are really good.

I don't have much use for product photography but those are really nice. Did you do a lot of PP to get the backdrop that black or how did you do it?

I'm impressed.

They all look great! But merge #1 & #2 together in one picture and horizontally flip #2, so that they are facing each other. Did that make any sense?

I'm seeing weird things along the bottom of #3. is it just me?
