Tyroone(TYJamo) said I should post some pictures over here, and I remember seeing the orange Gallardo in pictures of last months, as well as seeing pictures of it from btuner and from the last jdmups meet, and so I figured people come from Tampa out to this, as well as east coasters out to it. Really sick show, especially since I low exotics. However even though I didn't do the coverage too well, I took 140 pictures with a low battery half the time. They pictures aren't the BEST but I thought I'd share.

Please comment on some pictures, what you think of them or what I should do differently. I know there are a lot of great photographers on the west coast, and even on TR, so hopefully you guys can give me better insight. I'm always trying to get better.

ps. I rode out with Gatorun on the way to Luxautica... can you say road block and police helicopter? It was crazy... but such a blast!

Hahah sorry Ty, I was going by the Flickr name, that was on your flickr profile. And the Lambo went to last months. I guess he didn't make it out to this months.

I was wondering about the Gatorrun guys, I saw a bunch of them get pulled over, it was a shame.. But I think if they were after people who were causing trouble and could've caused a wreck they should've talked to that guy in the airplane writing things in the sky. That was really hazardous, hahahaha.

Yeah lambo didnt make it this time and neither did I. No 360 forged cars? kinda glad i didnt go, looked about the same as last time.

as for the pics, the looking down on the headlights pictures didn't do much for me, also in a setting like that try and use a telephoto lens and be back as far as possible while filling up the frame with as much car as possible, if that makes sense, also try to avoid being in the pictures(reflections)

There was plenty of 360 Forged cars, I got a picture of the gray Ferrari which was, but a lot of the others I didn't really bother. I wasn't feeling all the stickers and I'm not that great at event "coverage" just mostly what I like and enjoy.

As for the headlights, I saw someone do it awhile back and I really liked it, and I liked these as well, I guess they probably could've been better but it turned out well enough for me. Reflections however some I tried to get myself in other times I tried to keep my shadow out, looking back on some I should've have kept my reflection in but there's always next time. Telephoto lens is also something I don't have (would like but isn't on the top of my list for a new lens)

One thing that I can sum up about your "coverage" is that you must like headlights and tail lights, lol.

Nice pictures though. One day i'll make time to come out to coffee and cars to hang out!

 

Hahahah I'm not really stoked about them, but they define a car, and that's a little special to me.
