TOS - in this particular hypothetical situation, the box might say Adobe Creative Suite 4 Master Collection.
Also, I do belive that in this hypothetical situation, the hypothetical recipient of this package plans to notify UPS but it could take a day or two....hypothetically.

As am I.
I'm happy to see that the majority say to return it.
Honestly, I'm not the "hypothetical recipient". This is actually a co-worker that knows I shoot and asked me what it was. At first I told him it was some basic software that he probably already had on his pc, but that I wasnt sure if I had so I offered him $50 for it. I quickly came clean and let him know how expensive it was. I just wanted to see what most of you would do in this situation, I would honestly struggle with it for a day or two and then likely return it.

I'd return it because I'm far too kind of an individual.
Plus, if I was in the other person's position, I'd really hope the recipient would do the same. Sadly enough, not many people feel the same way.

I would struggle for a bit but the Brown knows all LOL or do they? UPS would of thought they dropped it off at the right address and since there was no signature required (surprised on such a high dollar item), no one knows where it went.
Hell I'm done with hypothetical...I'd return it.

I had UPS drop off 10k in diamond necklaces at my desk where I used to work. I realized after I opended the box what they were and the prices were on them. I hesitated and then realized they have my full name on there scanner and I dont feel like explaining were they went or going to jail.
