Trust me, stick with with OE glass for the long lenses if you can! Shorter-mid range you can get away with in the off-brands (I've made do with my Sigmas) but from what I've seen with the longer lenses comparing OE to aftermarket, it just doesnt come close...in quality and in large part focusing speed and accuracy

Looks like I may at least be attempting to go to Hamburg, Germany over spring break with my dad, and possibly one more place so I'm definitely going to try a few more of these shots!
