@ Chris. Thanks for the c/c, and yea I had used a warming filter effect on some because they had a ghostly feel if not. The best one with the girl is definitely #4, I'll take out #5. I have more coming soon.

HD, just had another thought, are you sharpening at all after you resize for the web? If you're just uploading full res and allowing flickr to resize that may be why they're not tack sharp. Do they look sharper on your pc than on the web?

I sharpen all the photos in photoshop and I resize them with that as well. I will edit what I need to with levels/shadows in its full res, but then I scale it down to about 1440, sharpen it 17%, then scale it down to the actual size I want it and sharpen it again. I think they come out tack sharp? I don't see any soft spots that aren't supposed to be like that.

And no leghumping!
