what did you shoot these at? typically, with night shots since you have the tripod, shoot it at f/8 or higher, and low iso. and if you want, do a slow flash (or rear flash), so it'll throw some light out there, but also keep the slow shutter.

f-stop? still confused on setting that idk how really... and iso was at 100 with timer on tri-pod...also have better rolling shots of the hatch edited them and forgot to put up the best one..will do asap

f-stop is your aperture. i.e. how much light is let into the lens. it's how open the lens is on the inside. it will literally say F# on your camera screen. shoot in aperture priority (A, or Av mode - forget if you are canon or nikon) and adjust it, it will do the shutter speed for you.
