Awesome stuff, I was just helping out a friend of mine with some Photoshop questions. I was trying to show her some editing techniques that I commonly use.

I made a .GIF before and after file of one of my RAW photos and how it looks after my editing:

I had no idea that my website can handle .GIF files - SWEET! I may have to do so more before and after photos if there is any interest.

I just ordered that photo above for myself as a 24x36 poster. I'm not sure why but I really really like that photo. Time to switch out the posters in my apartment with some new pictures.

That's definitely one of the perks of taking your own photos. My apartment never gets boring because I'm always switching out photos with new ones like it's a bad habit!

Sorry, I took down the image on my site. I actually updated it with a newer photo. (Assuming you were referring to image #2)

It wasn't by accident I chose to photograph an hour before sunset. Especially when I was 3,000 miles from home and had no room for true strobes in my suitcase!

I used my single 580ex II as my single light source. I just made sure to pick my angles well and made sure the sun lit the vehicle as evenly as possible without any crazy glare or reflections.

Other than that, no fancy trickery or anything. Just taking photos!

I went through my whole arsenal for that shoot.

10-22mm, 24-70mm, but primarily my 70-200mm 2.8 IS. That sucker is my workhorse.

I emailed you back. I'd love to help out but unfortunately the files you sent me are pretty small which makes editing really difficult.

If you can send me the full resolution files it would be highly helpful.

Just got great news that iForged had interest in my F430 photos and picked them up for a couple of their websites! How sweet is that?

Here is the first update from them I've received:

iForged Blog with my F430 photos:

Needless to say, I'm pretty stoked!!
