Okay so I guess I'm a little lost on the whole recording thing.

I tried doing it and it didn't do anything so I know I'm missing a step somewhere. Like, how do I record the action lol I have the PSD file that I use as my watermark now but I don't think I can record that as an action.

No you have to recreate the watermark. Make new action hit record and make the water mark and put it where you want on any image then save and end the recording.

Then File -> Automate -> Batch and run the action on a folder.

okay I take that back because I figured that part out but now for some reason I can get it to 'play' on individual pictures but it won't batch. Confuzzled.

Just the 'save and close' batch is when I can't get it to save. If I leave the image open, it does it.

What does it do when you tell it to perform that action as a batch?

Do this tell it to save into a new folder then click run action


should look like this after.. only thing that I noticed was it made my bar and text the same color lol sure I just need to mess with the action or set the color to default before I run it.

Ok you have to pick the colors of the text before you get into the text command. If you change the text color when typing by going to the text color box it doesnt recognize it as an action.

At work I mark all of our images with Photomark software. I'm pretty sure it's free, and it's a cinch to use. Google the name of it and see what you find.
