I don't like them either...I think they are the replica's of Corvette ones...that should stay on a Corvette. But hey, owner chooses what's done so...
I do like blacked out stuff though, other than those strips done very well. Wheels are Breytons Race, right?

Nice shots, but the cars in the background of #2 & 3 are kinda distracting...besides that (and the sand mentioned above) the set came out pretty good

the stripes look bad because all the curves in the fender....but otherwise the car looks really clean

Is this with the 18-55mm lens? I just bought the D3000 4 days ago, and I passed up on the "package" deal that best buy was offering. I think it was the 70-200mm lens?!? Either way, I am loving mine as well, and I feel you will enjoy it a ton.

I was using the 55-200mm lens at the time of the shoot. I love this camera! I cant wait til I go on my cruise in May. Im gonna have to bring my laptop and external hard drive to upload all my photos
