yup, first time with a DSLR, was a friends Canon, i cant remember the brand, but its definetly a step up or two from a sony cybershot, lol

Exposure looks pretty good but your gonna want to watch your horizon and make sure it stays level. Also it looks like you might have gotten a little carried away with the saturation and contrast when you were editing, less is more with those adjustments

im definetly gonna work on those points for the next shoot. it just sucks i cant afford my own dslr yet, but i am looking at a d3000 currently

Grab yourself a used D40/D40x/D60, they go super cheap now and there really great little cameras. I've been shooting with a D90 for almost a year now and I still miss my D40 lol.

I've got a used d60! $400 read the reviews, better than the d3000.
