As another example Dynamo Motorsports in Lakeland is owned and operated by a guy named Wayne and he does really good turbo work. In fact he does really good work period. Not just turbos.

Enthalpy: Ive yet to try a clutch install on a civic but Ive done em before. Its not that hard a job just requires some time which is why Im not really interested in doing it myself.

As for the OSHA regs I never said they were bullshit just that it sucked that I couldnt watch over my baby. I didnt mean in anyway that Spec-R was trying to bullshit me.

$250 just seems like a lot of money to me for a clutch/flywheel install. Like I said above Ive done em before and it isnt too bad it just takes some time. Got the trusty Helms manual and a good supply of tools so I figure if it comes down to it Ill save myself some cash and do it myself. Probably take me the weekend though since Id be working with jackstands. Jackstands a mans best friend.
Hopefully I can find a decent shop that wont kill me on labor....Im NOT RICH DAMN IT.

Doing the ES motor mount inserts? Make sure you have a big washer on the end otherwise they will pop out. Ask sr20det about that.. In fact if you get them get 2 more for him.
