i used c-speed. but it seems im going to be using the 3 layer. i got the block back from the machine shop today. had it clean and honed, they decked .009'' also. my parts come in from acrua today and im picking up the lsvtec kit later today or tomorrow.

deck height is now 211.556mm puts my compression at 12.3:1 with the oem 3 layer far from the 11.4:1 i originally had but it's still streetable with pump ill post more pics when i start assembling stuff. maybe this weekend when i get some free time.

new block is in the car, im opting to sell my car though. not motivated with hondas anymore. moving on to bigger and better things. *cough*evo*cough* i shipped by built head to my brother for his b20v set up and i should have his stock b16 head next week.
