The top crack is not all the way through, it is just on the surface. However the bottom crack on the threads is cracked through.

I was thinking maybe just welding over the top part and sanding it down.

As for the bolt hole/threads maybe just weld it then re tap it?

I really dont want to drop $200 on a compressor housing.

LMK if you can do it or know anyone who can for cheap.
