Turbosmart’s brand new 40mm external wastegate was designed to fit into tight engine bays while still offering superior flow and heat handling capabilities. The revolutionary new actuator housing is 25% smaller than our current range and allows for easy spring changes and gives the ability to index the cap orientation in 12 different positions.
Suitable for all turbocharged vehicles with an external wastegate turbo system. Street and racing applications. Flanges suit 1.75” outside diameter pipe.
Kit Includes:
* 7PSI Spring (installed)
* Inlet and outlet Weld Flanges
* Inlet and outlet V-Band clamps
* Valve seat, 2 x 1/16th blanking plugs
* 2 x 1/16th Vacuum nipples
* Locking Ring removal tool.

The 38mm external wastegate is small and light weight. The Ultra-Gate38 provides high-end features and build quality at an entry-level price. The 38mm Ultra Gate is suitable for all turbocharged vehicles with an external wastegate turbo system. Street and racing applications. Flanges suit 1.50” outside diameter pipe.
Kit Includes:
* 7 psi spring (fitted)
* Valve seat
* 2 x stainless steel gaskets
* mounting bolts
* 2 x 1/8 NPT vacuum fittings.

The largest and the highest-flowing BOV in the Turbosmart range features an oversized inlet port and a quick-release V-Band clamp. Provides greater performance through faster turbo spool-up from idle and reduced turbo lag between gears.
