hey i need a stock motor everyone say that an si motor wont work in my car an my dad says it too the injectors are on the head i need a stock motor 1.5 dx for my 88 honda civic hatchback i been lookin for one if u have one that u wanna sell give me a holla i need it soon

u should get it whierd to fule injection then u can put and si motor in it

 

BS, I have a 91 hatch that I just installed an si motor in. No problem motor mounts bolt right up.You can still use your dx intake manifold and distributor.If you don't want to do the dpfi to mpfi swap.If you do want to do the swap here is the best link that I have found.http://hybrid.honda-perf.org/tech/4g...-zc-wiring.htm I am doing the dpfi to mpfi swap this weekend, And you can still use your dx distributor, the si and the dx have the same part number at autozone and discount.It shouldn't be no problem at all.Holla back if you need some info, I'll help you as much as I can. 863-868-6773

 

you have to wire it over though if you need help with it talk to cold beer he does it for a living

 

I have an 88 dx ef with 91 si crx bottom and 92 D16z6 head and a chipped p28 ecu and is running fine
