I have a complete suspension swap with Neuspeed race lowering springs for 92-95 civic's and 94-01 integra's.

You are right these should fit 96-00 civic's just need to use some spacers for the rear shock bushing where it attaches to the LCA.
Check your pm's pearcheeta.
