F/S 94-97 Integra Headlights

One side is nearly flawless the other is fogged.

How badly fogged (yellowed or just foggy)? Are these for all 4 lights, and what is the condition of the brackets?

The plastic brackets on the headlights are completely fine. It's just foggy, no yellow or anything. I'm sure there's a way to polish them clean again.
