I am looking into maybe just fixing up my 1990 civic dx 4door auto with 132k miles. If so, I want to either put a turbo on my engine or do a swap. I am looking to have somebody that has an engine or turbo and install it for me.

You can build a high compression d series, the auto transmission don't hold up well on boost.
If you were going to do turbo I would recomend a 5 speed conversion.
