i just got out the band saw and nailed sum boards 2gether, drilled in the bushings . i saved about 5 lbs !

Good way to cut the weight! I am running a cardboard body kit and I have replaced most of my panels with cardboard, cut like nearly 30lbs!

cardboard ? wtf ??? that wont work ! its not waterproof ! thats gona cost way 2 much 2 repair. shoulda went with green sheetrock . it'll help repel water, and its alil more durable.
