They don't fit just like integra seats don't fit unless you do so custom work, the bolt pattern is different unless you do so custom work.

 

Its amazing how much cleaner the vinyl package looks over the cloth (imo). If I had a hatch, I'd get these over the Integra conversion. Civic rear seats = no gap

As far as the drivers side goes, just replace that seat with a recaro/sparco/whatever and you have the perfect interior.
