F/S obd1 vtec harness

I fucked my harness up somewhere on my h22 eg swap. cant get it to stop acring the poc battery cable when i try to put it on. any Ideas on that? and i forget if my motor is obd1 or 2. if its 1 i will pick one of these up and give it a shot.

not sure i would have to take a look at it, just go over everything and make sure its all hooked up accordingly, lmk if you need one ttt

Thx...bump....bad Starter Was The Colpret...i Did However Buy A New Dash Harness And Obd1 Motor Harness Aswell...and It Was All For Nothing. Glwts
