Actually "SiR's" are not limited to any country; they were available overseas not just in Japan and Europe, but also to Australia, Malaysia, United Arab Estates, Africa, etc. Same thing applies to those Rear Foglights you're talking about. Those were available in a variety of countries where fog was too dense for people to see the car in front of them, so the implementation of the brighter red fog light was brought up (whether it be the one that goes in the bumper or the one added to the taillight).
Anyway, BUMP for you because this is a pretty damn good deal for OEM Honda bumpers, not replica crap that everyone is starting to rock. I <3 my OEM SiR Bumpers
