I am in need of a swap EK friendly

I need a swap.B's and D's only pls I only do K's in Nissans.I am looking for b20,b18a or b,or even a Y8 please i had some bad luck cracked my block...not good...have to drive my 86 f-150 around 8-10 mpg...e[--|---1\2----]F..my gauge looks like this.I also if the swap I choose is a 5 SPD need pedals and so on. HELP

I have a jdm b16a with hasport mount and type r ecu for 1800, or d16y8 auto swap for 500 with no harness, I may have every for a manual swap also. Txt 239-280-9697
