prefer black cloth but I really do not care
they can be aftermarket
just need to be in good condition
no tears if possible,with rails and seat belt receivers
I do not care about the speakers

Stock or racing?

 

I've got some stock seats out of my 90 that I'll sell you. No tears or stains, but they could probably stand to be cleaned a bit(which I'd do before you pic up). Let me know and I'll get some pics.
