As much work that's been done to it I would only imagine it wouldn't be. I'm done building things for awhile, I just want something I can enjoy. So I'm thinking about getting a loan out, I'll sit back on it though. Just keep it in the back of your head, I'm in no rush at the moment. Good luck with that sale man, maybe I'll come your way.
