Default Wtt s13 hatch for a well running 5speed miata

So I'm officially done with 240's, trying to make my dream of owning a miata happen. Bare with me real quick. I have a very fucking clean 5speed 93' se hatch, ka24de. Power everything. Interior is stripped but is all pieces and carpet there. Megan headers with new o2 sensor and Megan 3" exhaust. aluminum radiator. Refurbished starter and alternator. Megan 2" lowering springs all around. The only this is the shit won't fucking start. Just replaced the battery, spark plugs and spark plug wires too. It cranks strong but won't turn over. It backfires out the exhaust when you try to start it. I've retimed the dizzy so far. Im replacing the cap and rotor this weekend. The title is clean. I don't want anything special. Just just a nice daily driver. 727-600-3265 5speeds only.

Sounds like the timing chain jumped a tooth or two.
