F/S 1997 S14 Kouki w/ DET...Finally this time
F/S 1997 S14 Kouki w/ DET...Finally this time
I have a 97 240sx w/ about 88k on the chassis and the JDM engine has lower than that of course, or maybe not, I have no clue, all I know is that it runs extremely well. It is an SR w/ VTC and it works. The engine has perfect compression on it. 175 all across the cylinders. It also has the following mods, and they all are BRAND SPANKING NEW.
I am going to break down the prices that I paid for the parts
S14 Sr20DET engine swap - 3000 installed
S15 Turbo that I upgraded from the S14 turbo - 650
Stainless Steel exhaust manifold - 100
Samco Hoses - 75
Koyo Radiator - 240
Greddy FMIC - 600
Greddy Downpipe - 100
Apexi N1 exhaust - 400
Altima radiator fans - included in swap
Taylor Durdan Harness-FLAWLESS, it really looks like this car came with this engine in it. - 250
HKS Mushroom airfilter- 65
HKS SSQ BOV- 130
Z32 front brakes.... crossdrilled rotors and calipers - 300
Fully functional A/C, finally and Power Steering - 125
Stainless steel turbo elbow extension - 60
Defi Boost Gauge w/ Control unit of course - 360
Greddy Turbo Timer - 80
Greddy Boost controller - 200
Tein Flex suspension - 1250
04 BMW 330i HID's installed very professionally - 350
Car's color is green
This engine has not been rebuilt, this engine is stock and completly reliable. The way that they are supposed to be. An Sr engine or any engine for that fact that has been rebuilt, especially back to stock standards, means only one thing....they blew that engine up. This is an originally clean engine, even the valve cover is clean, as most of you know, the valve cover can make an engine bay look ugly. So can a messy wire harness, well not this one. This has been carefully made, and looks just like factory. I have gone through the trouble of buying a rare car like a Kouki that was an original 5speed, swapped the engine, not to mention the difficulties in finding a clean engine with NO problems, labor and time. If you purchase this car, not only will you not have to do what I did, but it is a pretty stock car otherwise. You have the option of your own wheels, your own seats, your own body kit if that is what you are into. I will consider these cars for a trade:
1998 GS300
Neon SRT4
ML320 Benz jeep
Toyota Sequoia
GMC Yukon
maybe some others
Can someone host me pics of the car, I have about 100.
Car has VIN's on EVERY single panel, bumpers, fenders, hood, trunk, doors, quarter panels, everywhere. NO ACCIDENTS here.
Looking for reasonable offers, car is very clean....Thanks

edit: just on a side note, that thing in your sig about cruising down the highway and just popping it in reverse? i've been riding shotgun when someone did that. every possible fluid was leaking from that car when it finally rolled to a stop. i shit you not, the radiator cap exploded. tranny fluid was everywhere, smoke and shit, it was crazy. looking back on it, it's fucking hilarious.
