It not a question of if its worth it or not, because it definately is. "18's" however do not give value to a car.

yes, but thats not what he said. If he had said put a nice set of 18" WORK VS XX's, (or something similar) then i would have agreed. But he merely stated that having 18" rims would increase the value of the car.
If that was the case, I would have kept my 18" Chromies and THEN sold my car.
