i want to buy a ka24de motor.

 

they are getting alot rarer then you think. ive got a rebuilt longblock in the works, new bearings and seals and headgasket with stock rods and pistons for like 450, but i doubt that will be in your range of what you want.

 

Are they getting rare because people do SR swaps and haul them to the junk yard (I got like 35 bucks for mine)? Rare because they do an SR swap and drive out half-way to Hawthorne and kick it out the door on the side of the road (I wonder if Jame's KA is still there hahaha) or rare because idiots boost them and blow them up?

lol... only reason anyone likes a KA is cause they cheap, and easy, and plentiful... then try to go KAT to be "different" like all the other "different" people running KATs..
