some guy mentioned that on Zilvia, here's my response.....

I wouldn't of posted the pictures of your car in the sand 30 feet from the ocean. This community is familiar with rusted chassis and that picture is scary, even if your chassis has absolutely no rust.
Video's of random launches/"burnouts" and you beating it up wasn't such a good idea. should of talked about the AEM, the amazing r34 swap! or the incredibly clean chassis.

your car is worth every bit of the $18,000 even more! your looking to get. I mean GEEZ!! the engine management and motor alone is worth 1/2 of it!

this FS ad is a big turn off to the market of people who would spend the money.

I'm going to copy and paste this back up top, and in my other FS threads.

Dyno tuning vid - self explanitory, getting it tuned

photo of car on beach - rust concerns! ZERO rust on this chassis, it's a florida car, and that day was the first time I've ever had the car anywhere near salt, or salt water, rare does it even ever see rain, as the car is garage kept in a climate controlled environment.

drag racing - just had the car dyno tuned (see above), and i wanted to see what it would run at the track, as far as i know, that's the ONLY time this car has ever been down a drag track, i made 5-6 runs, and called it a day.

anti lag - that shop i pulled out of in the vid? that's where the owner of RS Enthalpy works out of, i had my car tuned not 1 hour before that video, the man shooting the video, is a co owner/operator of RS Enthalpy, closest thing to a controlled environment you can get. since then, i've used launch control maybe 3 times in the 2.5 months it's been since tuning.

AWD burnouts - you can clearly see that it's wet outside, and my tires were and are, bald as a babies ass... i had owned the car for almost a year at that point, and had done NOTHING like that, and i wanted to check it out. one of those AWD honda civic wagon things could have spun all 4 in similar conditions.

now, i know it may look as he said, but i daily drive this car on a daily basis and have for over a year, now if you know anyone who drives thier car like the videos EVERY DAY, it's going to be beat to crap... as you can see, my car is pretty much flawless.. for the most part, i drive it like it's a 1989 buick skylark with a slipping automatic transmission, it's my baby, i take care of it and only put the best of the best in it (look at the parts list, no knock off/replica junk)... on a daily basis, the car rarely ever sees more than 3-4 of the 16psi it's set at, it may see 10-11psi maybe once a week when i'm passing someone on my long commute to work...

as for the mentioned "the engine management and motor alone is worth 1/2 of it!" yes, what some people fail to realize is the amount of money in just the motor set alone, figure this...

2001 R34 VSpec long block - $5000-$6000, just VC's, head, block, and oil pan, no intake, ITBs, or turbos (priced out on Ebay for non Vspec motors)
AEM EMS - $1800-$2000
OS Giken Clutch - $2000
big single turbo set up - $2500
Trust 4" FMIC core - $1700 for just the core, no piping
Tomei short shifter - $475+
Dyno tuning - $1000 + (been on the dyno twice now, both times tuned by Martin, owner RS Enthalpy)
Mobil1 fluids for engine/trans - $150

add all that up and you're at $15,825 high end, in just the motor set alone, not including the car... i didn't really touch base on it as i figured the parts list would speak for its self, but the man had a point. don't just post the fun stuff, but the serious stuff as well.

$18K is a fair asking price i think, even if I've done a AWD burnout once in the rain.

i hope that helps to settle and concerns any potential buyer may have, and if not, feel free to send me a PM with any questions or concerns, and i'll address them as honestly and completely as i can.

Zack, LHD conversion is in progress, just for you.

NizmO, thanks bro.
I admit our clip was not "MINT", but the price we ask is reasonable for what it is. Finding a mint R32 GTR front clip is almost impossible.
What i want to know is, how are we ASSHOLES when you lowballed us and we simply just said no?

Im not trying to cause any problem with your AD, i just dont like to be called an asshole for no reason. GLWS.

not really calling you an asshole, mostly the other guy who vouched for you saying the clip and body panels, as well as the you saying the trim parts i needed were in mint condition...

low ball? i think not... maybe i should get my buddy Tom in here and we can go over certain details of this clip... or maybe you should just get the fuck out of my thread, stick to fucked up busted ass clips, half ass hondas, and making other people drive 6 hours total, spend over $100 in gas, just to find out that said clip was nothing near as advertised.

had we known the clip was even HALF as bad as it actually was, we wouldn't have even wasted our time and money... at least we got a cool mini road trip out of the deal, so that was fun.

you're lucky your friend deleted his FS thread on your clip.

heres the guy who have the mint clip..

you told marshal that the clip was in mint condition, he was told in pm on the web site the fenders, bumper and dash were all in perfect condition. both of the bumpers has more then one dent in them (not on a flat area, on the wheel well on a crease, impossible to fix unless you dump some coil on a body man)

the bumper had numerous gouges in it, the lip was bent under the bumper.

you guys removed the intercooler, one of the reasons i wanted the clip

100.00 in gas, 6-7 hours of my life wasted on a road trip just to come back empty handed,

to bad you dumped 1200.00 in to a "clip" to do a conversion

you know damm well two skyline owners (the only people who have any use for the clip) walked away from it after driving that far you really made a bad investment

and calling us "bomb bi clad" "a dirt tampon" thats why im calling you a ass hole

and for any fan boy out there interested in this clip, its missing a hood so it would be a complete swap and theyll take 500 for it,

their number is in their sig if you want them to show you pics of their "mint" clip

my lag is your courtesy head start

ATTENTION.... installing a head gasket, head studs or pistons and rods in your otherwise STOCK engine dose not make it a "built" engine! stop listing you cars for sale saying they are built when its not!!

"Fender Bender" is a little bit of an understatement no? Car is fast and sounds like sex so someone should buy it. I'm also part of the >350whp on se wheels club. TTT

i have pictures of the original hit the day it happened, it wasn't bad enough for an insurance company to call it "rebuilt", more than a fender bender? yeah, cost into repairs by a professional, and not some tool in a tent, including pulling off all prev repair work, and redoing the entire car pulling small dings/dents with a stud gun.. i spared no expense on have the body work professional done, and professionally painted.
