Ray- They are Srixon tires. The ones on my balcony have 3-4mm of tread, the ones on the EF have 5-6mm. $60 to take all 4. Let me know if that sounds reasonable.

 

i'd say $25 per rod... not too shabby. I won't need them, but my buddies 16vt seems to be doing enough damage to drivelines that it'll need some internals soon.

 

I'm okay with that The pins go with them as well, just in case they are wanted/needed.

 

well, here's the deal. i'm interested in those wheels you have because the wheels that came on my golf have an awkward offset and came with their own lug nuts and lug stud conversion. well i've just found out the hard way that this job was done by a complete and total moron. i just had a fucking wheel fall off, while i was driving. anyone know where i can get it fixed so i can buy those steelies off you and have my car roll smooth.

 

So are you wanting to remove the studs and revert to the standard lug bolts? If so you should be able to DIY or any tire shop should be able to do it. I only have one spare lug bolt though.

I don't remember them being to too expensive from Reeves. I know they aren't a stocking item from Advance. You could also just take a 17mm socket and torque wrench to the junky.
