2000 jetta GL 2.0 5sp 135k sunroof power everything, Maroon on black cloth interior, limo tinted windows, sony cd player, completly stock, cold ac. Car has never let me down, now when u start it up it will idle and run perfect but soon as u give it gas and it hits about 2000rshared_pm it doesnt have any power. U can drive it around in the yard at 1000-1500rpms in 1st fine but soon as u pull out on the rd and give it gas it wont go? I think its the fuel pressure regulator? The body is in pretty good shape has a dent in the trunk by the VW emblems and its missing the left plastic grille in the bumper. The seats have no tears and are in decent shape, the sunroof panel needs to be recovered with headliner. Other then them couple small things car looks decent. Tint all the lights and drop it on some gold 17s and it would look great! Its goin to the shop tommorow to get fixed. When its fixed and has a fresh tune up and detail the price will go up to $2500. Update! I replaced the maf, tps, coil, and wires and put everything back in sequence and it's sitll doing the same thing. It will sit and idle fine but soon as u put it under a load it will fall on it's face at 2200rpms. I tested everything and found out it's only getting 6.4 volts! It's causing the coil to break up. It's a wire shorti g out somewhere or wires touching? I'm tired of messin with it at least I finally know why it's doing this and it has some new parts! Lol If someone wants a cheap 5sp mk4 make me a offer!
