Looking for a rebuilt or low mileage 8v and 5 speed tranny for my mk2. I would prefer it to be the complete motor/tranny but would be willing to buy separately.

more reliable.. direct swap.. and forged internals for mad boostins later on

 

Direct swap as in I wouldn't need anything else? Just drop it in and go? I'd like to go with an 8v as I just replaced the alternator and starter and battery but I'm not picky. As long as it's an easy swap as it will be my first one by myself. Or if someone here could do it in a weekend, I'd pay them.

I just walked a mile back to my house with my battery in my backpack because the fucking thing still won't charge. I don't get it. I'm ready to fucking push this thing off a cliff.

 

its a vw,you need to have a back up daily for your daily

 

i have a 5spd tranny i can part with and a 16 valve head

 

actually i have a rebuilt 0 mile 8v head you can have for 70 bucks
